In this case, the user was sorting rows in ascending order and wanted to anchor “Other” at the top of the table, rather than at the bottom. They ended up having to move the NET to the top (via Move NET to top rule) and force “Other” to appear after NET using the “Make one row appear after another” rule. More advanced users who heavily use custom QScripts and Rules sometimes need to call on reusable functions they've built outside of the libraries that can be called using includeWeb(). Currently the functions need to be maintained individually in each QScript or Rule. Centralizing this in the Cloud Drive as a library they could call would remove the headache of updating each instance of the function manually.

This script currently lives in Q, and it would be great if it were ported to Displayr.

Review the reporting document comprehensively, including all tables, visualizations, filters, custom R and JavaScript variables, and other outputs, and identify unused variable sets. Compile a list of these unused sets for the customer to use in their Data Preparation Document. This approach will minimize redundancy and enhance performance. Consider leveraging AI scripting within Displayr to automate these processes dynamically. Implementing this could save customers time, boost document performance, and showcase Displayr's ability to enhance workflow efficiency proactively. It's an effective solution for a common issue and one I believe customers will appreciate.

Clients want more and more integration with AI with the hopes that it can look at the data and generate headlines.

There are use cases where an advanced user wishes to find and replace code in Displayr programmatically based on pre-determined criteria. Currently users can reference an R calculation using the following properties (code, codeForGuiControls) and update them via QScript, but this is not available for R or JavaScript variables. It currently offers the ability to sort by Largest Column, Last Column, or a Chose a column. I would like have added sort by first column. We often want to sort by the first column and sometimes that column is the first column but has a different name. If we utilize Choose a column name it will not be able to find the column name for different tables, or worse if you edit the label of the column the rule will fail silently.

The current rule to calculate the difference between a pair of rows doesn’t work with tables that have spans. It should be modified to do so.
