Add page title to Table of Contents for Excel export
In the older Excel export from Displayr, the page title of a group of pages would be included in the TOC. After the recent change in Nov 2023, the page title is only included when exporting one page per sheet. It would be good to still include this with the option for exporting all tables as a single page.
