There isn't a way to lock an image relative to another item on the page, it's placement is governed by its absolute position on the page in Displayr. The reason why things can be off in the editable PowerPoint chart is because the chart itself is generated in PPT and is built differently than our visualizations in Displayr. This means some features in visualizations aren't supported in PPT charts when exported as an editable chart and that the resolution and placement of things can be different.  That being said, PowerPoint does actually support putting boxes around data labels, so if we incorporate the boxes into the visualization itself, rather than overlaying, the user would at least be able to have that aligned on export. Additionally making the titles of the visualizations into text boxes that can be positioned on the page vs positioned within the chart would also help so their placement will be more consistent.
