Morning Consult would like to control access/permissions to all documents within a given folder (i.e., at the folder-level) instead of having to do so at the document-level (i.e., control access/permissions for each document within the folder).

A user has requested an easy way to see all documents that can be viewed and edited by specific user groups to make permission changes easier.

User wanted to use domain of client email to determine which dashboards they should have access to. I think this could be a substitute for them if they can’t have multiple SSOs hooked up. !image-20221202-222829.png|width=1349,height=718!

To enhance data security, I suggest implementing a feature that automatically checks every 3 months whether users still have access to the email address associated with their account. This would help ensure that only authorized users can access our documents, especially if someone leaves their company and joins a competitor.

I want to offer potential clients a trial version of our Dashboard with limited access. Specifically, I would like them to see all filters and questions in the navigation bar, but not be able to use all filters or access all pages with graphs. It would be beneficial to have options to grey out certain filters and pages, allowing clients to view the full breadth of the Dashboard without full access. The current solution hides all outputs/pages etc. that the end client doesn't have access to, without allowing me to show off the things they're missing out on.

I would like to have a feature that allows us to control dashboard access based on email domain, such as @ company.com , without requiring each employee to create an account. This would simplify access management by confirming the user's email domain before granting access to the dashboard.

Be able to run a report for a user group and see the list of all the documents that user group has access to.

Users are able to modify the following two settings on individual documents: When editing this document, Displayr will stop your server after (minutes) When viewing this document, Displayr will stop your server after (minutes) (Currently the default setting of these values is 10/10). A user may wish to set this number to a small value if they are concerned about minimizing the number of edit and view hours logged against their account while otherwise dormant (say, if a user or viewer accidentally leaves a document open). This feature request is to allow for the bulk modification of these settings. For example, a user may wish to set the default values for the above fields to be 5/5.

User would like to be able to customize the content of the invite email for new Displayr users/viewers.

The customer has asked if there is a way to bulk delete inactive accounts. By that they mean users they've shared a dashboard with but no longer require access.
