After users are deleted, some user groups may no longer contain any users. These groups no longer serve a purpose and could potentially be deleted. It would be helpful to have an option to easily identify or filter user groups with no users assigned. This would make it easier for users to clean up and manage user groups after removing users, rather than needing to check each group manually.

If I invite a user to join my Displayr account, they must click the link in the invite email before they can join my account. If an invited user has an existing Displayr account, they can log into Displayr without accepting the invite but get a message they don't have access to my account, even though they can log in. Or, if they're a new user, they get an error saying they don't exist. The change here is that Displayr would force a user whose account has outstanding invites to accept them when logging in, rather than the link in the email being the only way to accept invitations. Similarly, if they're a brand-new user and have an outstanding invite, if they attempt to log in directly rather than using the invite link, Displayr still takes them through the signup and password creation process. This is not a huge pain currently but it would smooth the process of inviting users and reduce confusion where a user thinks they don't need to accept the invitation because they already have a Displayr account elsewhere and worry it could be a duplicate sign-up.

User would like to be able to force their users to create a new password after 6 months for security reasons.

From user: Is there any way to automate exporting daily account usage stats? We are trying to create a dashboard in our customer success system that tracks which users have done what activities in the platform, but don’t want to manually pull the data down as a CSV and then upload it every day.

The customer has asked if there is a way to bulk delete inactive accounts. By that they mean users they've shared a dashboard with but no longer require access.

The user would like to be able to edit the details of users in Bulk. For example, if an account has 1000 users and the domain name of the email addresses has changed, they wish to be able to make bulk edits.

Our team is looking to implement SSO for DisplayR using PingFederate as our identity provider. However, we recommend using OpenID Connect for this implementation. It would be beneficial if DisplayR could support OpenID Connect to facilitate this process, as it aligns with our current systems and would streamline the integration.

User would like to be able to customize the content of the invite email for new Displayr users/viewers.

Client would like to limit this option to be changed only by the administrators of the account.

A user wants to know who accessed the Dashboard, when they accessed it, and for how long each user stayed. They also want to report the total time each user spent viewing a Document in View Mode.
