The customer has asked if there is a way to bulk delete inactive accounts. By that they mean users they've shared a dashboard with but no longer require access.

A user wants to know who accessed the Dashboard, when they accessed it, and for how long each user stayed. They also want to report the total time each user spent viewing a Document in View Mode.

There is currently no way that we can pause reminders about upcoming invoice due dates/renewals in Displayr. This can be quite annoying for the email recipient, especially if the invoice is already in processing or payment is on its way. Suggesting to add a feature to allow a pause on Invoice Reminders for Displayr, similar to what we have in Q.

User wanted to hook up various clients' Identify Provider systems to user’s account so clients could use SSO to allow/revoke access to clients' dashboards. I think also the ability for clients to login and based on their email domain have access to certain dashboards might suffice for them. They made this diagram to explain what they wanted to do.

There is an aggregate cap of 1000 hours (or however many hours the account purchased) of view time for ALL documents (in aggregate), but there is no mechanism to cap view hours logged on individual documents. User requests that there is a mechanism to cap the view hours logged on individual documents.

I need a way to export all active users from DisplayR. Currently, user management is only possible within the app or through the SSO system. Having a User Management API would greatly enhance my ability to manage users efficiently by allowing me to export user data directly.

This request is to allow users to be able to resend invite and confirmation emails from Displayr. In this case a triallist had just signed up for an account, but never got the email. The workaround was to delete the current account, and then get the user to sign up again. A mechanism for the user to resend the activation email themselves would solve this.

The user wants to be able to set the password for the viewers rather than them having to do it themselves. This is similar to how Qualtrics do it with their reports.

User would like to be able to customize the content of the invite email for new Displayr users/viewers.

Morning Consult would like to control access/permissions to all documents within a given folder (i.e., at the folder-level) instead of having to do so at the document-level (i.e., control access/permissions for each document within the folder).
