Make version check data public

As an account administrator, I'd like to have easy access to see usage data for my company's Q licenses.

Currently, I need to request this data from Q Support. But it would be nice if I could access this myself without having to bother/wait for Q support.

A customer has requested the ability to pull the Q usage report by themselves, rather than relying on Displayr Support to do it for them. This feature is available for Displayr customers, and would be nice to have for Q customers as well.
