In Q's Project options, under PowerPoint Export Layout, you can decide to show a table or chart's Q title as either the main Title of a slide or the Subtitle. There are no options to not show the output's title at all, that is, in neither the title nor subtitle. This would be beneficial so that users won't have to go through their exports and delete titles or subtitles from every page.
