Customer wishes to be able to apply conditional formatting without resorting to R.

I'd like to use Top Box (TB) and Bottom 2 Box (B2B) percentages to allocate one of 4 colours based off of the combination of Top Box score and Bottom 2 box score.

TB ≥35% and B2B <10%

TB <35% and B2B <10%

TB ≥35% and B2B ≥10%

TB <35% and B2B ≥10%
