A user requested that we add a prompt to allow users to indicate which labels should be favored when updating data sets with new data. For example, if they did some data cleaning (outside of Q) in a file and shortened variable labels, if they update the data set with updated data, the labels take on the new data file's labels. They requested that they have an option similar to what is available in the merging tool.
