The current Q invoice template includes the following line:

You accept and agree to be bound by the Software License Agreement which forms part of this tax invoice and the services provided to you. The Software License Agreement prevails over all other terms and conditions.

This implies that payment of the invoice bounds the payor to Q's Software License Agreement.

For some resellers, this is a non-starter since they cannot police the end-users' usage of Q. (The end-users still agree to the Software License Agreement when they install the license).

This feature request proposes a separate, sparingly used (ie: only when explicitly requested by the reseller) invoice template that EXCLUDES the above line from the invoice template.

The goal is to allow resellers to pay for the licenses without agreeing to Q's Software License Agreement.
