A user inquired why they could not make changes at an “All series” level when formatting the
Data Series
on a histogram:

A histogram requires a number - multi input, but that should not be the limiting factor, as when you use a number - multi in other chart types, it allows you to change at the All series level. Here it is as a bar chart, for example:

As it is now, a user has to make changes for each attribute separately when formatting histograms, rather than being able to format universally.
