All of the management things you can do on the customer page revolve around checking licenses _out_, rather than checking them _in_ again. So while a customer can start using a license via the customer page, if you want to forcibly check a license back in, say if someone has left for the day and not checked it in, or change the checkout options we've been discussing, then they need to contact us.

Add a "Cancel" button to the Check Out screen for users to let their license available for others again.
