Ability to Rename the Rules in the Rules tab (Q) / Menu (Displayr)

CORE Problem:
The user has multiple 'Sorting' Rules applied to the table.
The Rules are used to sort by different columns (e.g., NET, Last Column).
The only way for the user to see what the Rule is doing is to open and edit the rule.
To simplify this, the user would like to be able to rename the Rule to instantly identify it from the list.
