When combining mutliple variables into a variable set, the commonalities of the constituent variables are removed on the table I then create (even though those commonalities are still visible under Data Sources). I would like to ensure that the commonalities are NOT stripped out of the table, and that the table represent the variable labels as they're presented under Data Sources. In my particular case, I have a Binary - Grid variable set structure, and every one of my variables begin with "I " (e.g., "I use..." but the "I " is missing from the table so the only solution is to go and manually add it back in, which is onerous and time consuming.

Currently Date/Time variables cannot be sorted in descending order (newest to oldest). Date variables only run oldest to newest in a table's rows or columns.

If there is a constructed set of binary variables based on a single-response variable and the latter updates to include a new category, this doesn’t automatically get added to the former. The customer would like to this to instead automatically update by recognizing additional codes in the source variable.

A lot of customers get nervous when “Binary” variable sets are orange in the Data Sets pane and need to be "fixed." They think there's something wrong when there really isn't. They just need to confirm or verify that Displayr's counting the right value. I propose changing the “Fix” button to say “Verify,” “Verify Value,” or something to that effect so customers aren’t unnecessarily concerned.

Displayr currently treats variable organization in the Data tree as a manual task. There is no built-in logic to automatically group related variables (e.g., based on shared prefixes, metadata tags, or creation source), nor is there an intelligent foldering system that reflects the logical structure of the survey or data import. As a result, users are required to create folders and organize variables by hand, regardless of dataset complexity or size.

There should be an easy built-in option that allows users to add missing categories to a variable. Currently there are only workarounds that involve a QScript, back-coding or linked variables.

Q allows users to create a Moving Averages variables using Date/Time. Add a similar option to Displayr.

Q has a function for converting a Pick Any to a Pick One. This should be migrated over to Displayr.

A user wants to Divide a Number - Grid variable set with a Numeric - Multi variable set. Both variable sets contain brand names. The user would like to be able to use the function in a similar way as Filter One Variable Set by Another. The user would select the Grid and Divide it by Number - Multi. Displayr would match the brand names (using labels) to determine which variables should be divided by which variable.

The request is to be able to use a function called “ Binary from Categorical” (i.e. exactly the same as the Q function Ready-Made Formulas > Questions → Pick Any With All Combinations ) which also works exactly the same way as our current function “ Filters from Selected Data” with the exception that the “new” function doesn’t set the newly created variables to be usable as filters.
