A common issue that our users have when they are unable to use the ideal file types (.sav) is that our software constructs the list of available codes from the responses that are present. This means that if no one selected “2” for a 10-point scale question, the resulting table presents the data as if “2” was not an option.

An integrated means for managing this within the Displayr environment would solve this issue and have the potential for other applications as well.
