Allow conditional formatting of calculation grid cells

Sometimes users may want to do something in R code across the entire data set, but they cannot reference the entire data set in R code (likely due to the fact it is so much data). However, they should have the flexibility to do this for small data sets, or have the option to allow for large objects for larger data sets.

There are several instances of users performing long-running R calculations who will be required to leave their Displayr documents open in order for the calculation to complete (or have a chance at completing). This feature request is a suggestion to allow users to keep long-running calculations calculating even if the document is not open in any browser.

Allow users to dynamically sort the rows/columns of a calculation grid. Similar to what the Rule (Sort Rows Automatically when the data changes) does.

R calculations can't reference Right or Below statistics but rules can. These statistics should be available everywhere.

Currently, a dashboard developer may use QViewModeUser to return the user group of the user that is accessing a dashboard in view mode. This allows developers to filter / tailor a dashboard to the group the user belongs to. This is a feature request to allow more information about the user to be returnable in a custom calculation (for example, userID, email, name).
