Allow custom labels for "all" option in controls (e.g., combo box)

User requested that the “(Select All)” text in the combo-box drop down be editable. (They wanted to translate it to a different language).

By default all items are checked in a control. To just select one, there is no way to quickly deselect everything and then select just one option.
