In Q, you are able to restore specific rows after they’ve been deleted. This is good for users who may delete things by hand and yet change their mind later. In Displayr, you can only instead of specific ones meaning, they’d have to do a lot of repeat work if they were deleting by hand.

Also there’s no way of knowing what cases are currently deleted except to scroll through the Data Editor.
