The incrementality plot breaks when alternatives from the previous portfolio are not included. This request is to add an option to TURF that forces the previous portfolio alternatives to be included, so this issue doesn’t arise.

An incrementality plot only works if the larger optimal portfolio contains all of the elements of the one that is smaller. When there are lots of turf exercises, this becomes problematic and prevents and incrementaility report from being generated.
