Displayr doesn't currently support gganimate. R-based Calculations only currently support certain classes, like htmlwidget or matrix, among others. The DS team tried a variety of methods to automatically generate the GIF, trying different renderers, even using other packages like _animation_ or _gifski_, but unfortunately nothing worked.
