Our experimental design option for conjoint and choice modeling doesn't support having only 1 alternative per question. But the use cases for single-alternative conjoints do exist (e.g., promotional offers where the choice between two promos doesn't really mean anything or reflect market reality but the evaluation of one full-fledged promo offer at a time is useful).
