Color scatterplot points by their quadrant

Correspondence analysis has an output that is a Bubble Chart and a Labelled Scatter, but not all the standard visualization options are available to format these. In this case the customer was merely wanting to specify the colors of the groups in the chart.

The workaround is to get the underlying chart data and create a separate viz from scratch with it, but this is not good b/c people need to know R and it is very error prone because they have to manually guess at the min/max axes to make the plot still normalized correctly for interpretation.

The user would like to create a scatterplot with dynamic coloring in each quadrant. These quadrants should also move depending on i.e. the average of an axis, so if the average score of the x-axis for example moves from 10% → 20% the quadrants on the left should grow and the ones in the right should shrink

Possibly using this solution the user made in a widget built into displayr instead of using custom code. The user is dynamically shading a scatterplot using a CreateCustomTable underneath.

It’s not possible to color scatter plot quadrants. Users can only add the colors to the background as a shape or image.
