In their example, they said they had 20 scale questions they'd like to set up as bar visualizations. The idea would be that they'd make any modifications to the color/format of the bar visualization and then apply it to a group of 20 questions. The workaround is to build the first bar visualization and then duplicate it 20 times and connect it to the appropriate question. It's not as efficient as running a report.
