Different dashboard developers have different preferences on the zoom level of their documents in Edit Mode.

For example, I may like to be able to see the entire page with some cushion while working.

But with the current settings when I refresh the document, the zoom setting returns since the only default settings are Zoom to Fit or Fit to Window.

This request is to allow the user to enter a preferred default zoom level.
