Currently, it is not easy for users to see documents that have been published as "live" dashboards to view mode.

We can make it easier for users to see this with a robot system in the Documents Page, where a Green dot indicates that the document has been published to the web and is a "live" dashboard. This is helpful as users sometimes need to audit all their live dashboards and ensure they unpublish dashboards that are not supposed to be live anymore.
