Links provided by the chatbot should open on screen (or in some pane on-screen)

Users don't click links in the chatbot and miss out on important information. We want to make sure that users actually read/see the information and to a certain level force them to engage with it. This is to suggest that any link sent through in a Chatbot response is opened on screen automatically, whenever the chatbot provides a link - or in some other way displays the information in the links without the user having to click anything.
