Include images in table cells or headers and include in export

In my report, I have a "header table" that contains countries and the country labels should have a flag next to them. I want to be able to easily create a table in Displayr that includes both the image and the label so that I don't have to go manually add the flags to each page in my PowerPoint report afterwards.
