The client would like to expand the width of the rows (Q5 of Cola data with response list of Coke, Diet Coke...) so that you can easily see the longer text without expanding the width of the whole table. The client would also like the ability to adjust the width of the columns (Q5 of Cola data with columns Feminine, Health-conscious) so that they are not as wide.
