Displayr - Freeze Column and Row headers in a table

When working with tables in Displayr, it’s not possible to freeze the column or row headers to allow for easy viewer navigation of larger tables. Adding functionality similar to the freezing behavior in Excel would allow for a viewer to navigate a table that scrolls without losing the column or row headers.

Ability to freeze table column header

Only Swift
Add feature that freezes the column header in tables like in Excel. For Autofit tables, you can, for example, set the height to force the column header to freeze but this behaviour is not obvious. This could easily be a tick option on the output.

When you create a table that is larger than the page size set in Displayr the table will automatically add in scroll bars on the right or below the table so you can scroll to see the additional information. However when you do this you loose the column or row headings in a table. The request is to freeze the column and row headings in this situation.

Davey Kiva at Archrival requested this. Here’s her email:
_Hi Tim\! Hope you are doing well. We had a quick Displayr questions we were hoping you could help us with._
_We were wondering if there is a way to ‘freeze’ a banner so when a user scrolls down through the rows the banner categories will stay at the top of the view. We think this would make the data tables with a lot of rows easier to look at. Let us know if something like this is possible\!_
_Thanks\!_

This one should feel familiar\! Users are always looking for greater control over the formatting of their tables in Displayr. This includes being able to freeze header rows and columns, or even selected chunks of rows and columns in tables that scroll much like you can in Excel.

When a table has a left-to-right scroll bar, can we freeze the first column so that the user can still see the categories the data corresponds to?
