Ability to specify a relative period within the Contract Period variable

For example, instead of selecting a specific month, the user could select:

We could take it a step further and allow for a ‘Period Type’ option that would let the user to pick between Fixed (as it is now) and Relative (Last Month, Last Month - 1, etc )
