Displayr: "Revert to Source Label" feature from Q not available in Displayr

A client is looking to combine a large list of variables (64) into a single variable set. Each variable label has a numeric indicator as its prefix (i.e. 1., 2., etc.). When those variables are combined in Displayr, the leading numeric indicators are removed from the labels. However, if I complete this same process in Q, I have the ability to use the “Revert To Source Label” feature to bring back the original labels while also maintaining the new question set.

As a user, there are cases where Displayr sets variables together, but snips off common text when I do not want it to do so.
An example might be a list of attributes with the phrase "Is a..." in front.
In this case, Displayr will set the variables together and snip off the phrase "Is a", but I would prefer that "Is a" remain in the variable label.
There is a feature in Q which allows users to Revert to Source Label, but this feature is not available in Displayr.
