Conditional cell fill color

The user was looking for a low code/ no code conditional formatting feature where if the value of a row sits within a certain threshold, then the row label would get a certain color fill.
So, the cell with Row Label “A” would be filled in as, red (for example), since the value is less than 2.
The cell with row label “B” would be filled in as orange, say, since the value is between 2 and 3.
etc.
