Sometimes users at different accounts want to work together on the same document. Currently, this means that the document needs to live in a single Displayr account, and all users need licenses in that account. This can lead to barriers for consultants or similar that have their own, separate Displayr license.
From one customer:
"We get so used to working on PowerPoint docs together – feels like a sensible next move!"
The current solution is to export and pass QPacks back and forth, which is itself problematic as uploading a QPack overwrites the current document state.
Instead, we need better tools for collaboration across accounts. This could include:
  • Merging QPacks on upload, rather than overwriting
  • The ability to edit across accounts (however that may look)
  • Even shorter term licenses for more limited collaboration engagements.
