Apply access group permissions to user groups rather than at an individual level

I would like to be able to "nest" user groups within access groups. So I have group that is employees from Acme - called Acme.Users. I have a report where I have given access to a group called Report1.Access. I would like to be able to add Acme.Users to Report1.Access.
