When attempting to access documents or files, users may be presented with a "Oops, Something is not right" message.

In order to troubleshoot why they are receiving this message, the user needs to navigate to another screen to see how they are logged in (ie: which user account).

We suggest that the user icon appears on this error screen so that users can more easily troubleshoot why they are receiving the access prohibition message.
