Allow conditional hiding of view-mode export buttons in Displayr based on user group

We want to restrict on user group and not just project. So for example, the top client, we want them to be able to view all types of exports. However for anyone under ‘User Group – 7-Eleven’, we only want them to see PowerPoint as the option.
