Add Hidden From Exports option to Controls (objects) on Page Master

Example, if a user adds a Control onto the Page they can hide it from the Export
If the same Control is moved to the Page Master the option disappears.
It would be useful to have the option in both cases.

Allow us to hide content in the Master Page view. I never realized that nothing on Master Page could be hidden. We were trying to find a workaround solution for collaborators to add comments. I used Master Text Styles from another Master Page to add a comments section below the Title Only page.
