If a user wishes to add annotations to data labels in a visualization, they can define conditions to use the annotations using the menu Chart > DATA LABELS... SHOW ANNOTATIONS FOR VALUES.

But it should be possible to use different conditions. For example:

Is equal to

Is NOT equal to

Is any of

Is none of

This menu should allow for Text options as well. Say, if a cell includes the letter "A" (in case column comparisons is being used).
