Add alignment setting for Panel Titles on Small Multiples

The titles a center aligned but this user would like to align the text with the left edge of the bar on a Bar visualization that is a small multiple. See the example below.

Currently, the Chart > TITLE menu has alignment controls for the visualization title, subtitle, and footnote, but there are no alignment controls for the Panel Titles. This feature would add the ability to control the alignment of the panel titles as you can the other title text.
