With a large number of rules and updates to the folder names, it would be helpful to add a Search option to the Rules menu.

Similarly to what is done in the Data Sources > + menu.

When typing in 'search,' the results would appear, and a user would be able to select the Rule from the results directly without having to go to the actual folder and select the Rule.

Once you know what Rule you want to apply a user can quickly search for it and apply it - or select it from Recently used
