User had a bug with her R variables so she couldn’t access the code in Displayr (the object inspector wouldn’t load). We _probably_ could’ve gotten a workaround for her by removing a bad character from her R code in Q, but because her data was on her cloud drive, we couldn’t edit her QPack to fix her Displayr document. If there’s a way to download a special copy of the QPack with the data included, that would be great so we could better troubleshoot tickets in Q.

another ticket to track how often it comes up that not having access to customer’s QDat files on the cloud causes issues. In this case wanted to update QDat in Q since Displayr was timing and erroring out.

Ability for internal docs in the app companies to access data files on customers' cloud drives. It causes a lot of waiting and back and forth adding time to tickets. In this case, an outdated data file caused an error on the internal doc that was mistaken for an error with the customers' doc that would pop up later and a whoopdie doo was made unnecessarily about it.

When downloading customer documents to internal data companies, we encounter issues when the data sets are stored only in the customer’s cloud drive. This request is to have internal companies able to access all cloud drives without having to manually find, download and re-upload their data sets to our cloud drive.

The more the Displayr Cloud Drive is used to store a customer's data sets, the more involved it is when downloading a QPack for Support. We additionally need to download the data set(s) from their Displayr Cloud Drive and add it to our own in order to load the QPack.

Could a tick option be added when downloading QPacks to include the loaded data sets within the QPack?

Allow customer-app companies or internal docs to have access to customer cloud drive so don’t have to copy over all the files from their cloud to our cloud. OR when downloading QPack include copy of data file rather than use cloud link.
