A user creates a chart/viz and can add a horizontal or vertical line to the graph at a particular point on the axis. For example the below lines would not be the y and x axis but rather at particular thresholds. This helps users visually group datapoints into different groups.

Currently users are manually drawing straight lines using shapes and when data/axese change in their graph, (or when they move the graph) they have to manually line up the lines to where they need to be.
