Code controls are now consistent across all object types

We've tidied up code-related controls in the Properties panel:

Controls are now named and positioned consistently, regardless of which object type you have selected
Redundant menus, including Show/Hide Advanced Options, have been removed
All code editing is now consolidated in the Code panel
You can
Calculate
directly from the Code panel

This is a layout and labelling change only. The behavior of your code is unchanged.
