Currently, Displayr Administrator users can see all documents. But there are situations, for example, when an administrator user works on a specific client account and shouldn’t be allowed to see competitor documents, where those administrators shouldn’t be able to access all documents, but still needs administrator rights. This can be fixed in a few ways, including: * Give users the ability to selectively hide documents from administrators (not great) * Disconnect document access rights from account administration. So an administrator could still _manage_ the account and permissions but doesn’t require document access to do so. I think the second approach is preferable, that way users can’t “hide” documents from users who should have universal document access in an account.

The customer has asked if there is a way to bulk delete inactive accounts. By that they mean users they've shared a dashboard with but no longer require access.

A user recently mentioned that is a cumbersome process to share/restrict access to documents and dashboards with internal users and external customers. The user mentioned "I’m trying to restrict access for documents. For our project teams, it is working fine with the guidance you sent (although a bit clunky). It would be great to have the function to do individual level restrictions etc. as it’s a bit of a pain atm. We can do this by adding menu items in the documents tree, where a user can select an option to share the dashboard (if it is published as a dashboard). When they click share dashboard a menu similar to the Gong screenshot becomes available. Here you can add an email addresses of customers you want to share the dashboard with, it should also list the customers already having access to the dashboard, where you can easily revoke access by removing their email addresses. Also, when publishing a dashboard in Edit Mode, you should be able to also add the relevant people you want to share it with.

Currently, it is not easy for users to see documents that have been published as "live" dashboards to view mode. We can make it easier for users to see this with a robot system in the Documents Page, where a Green dot indicates that the document has been published to the web and is a "live" dashboard. This is helpful as users sometimes need to audit all their live dashboards and ensure they unpublish dashboards that are not supposed to be live anymore. See the example attached.

User would like to be able to customize the content of the invite email for new Displayr users/viewers.

It's a little excessive to expect those who are 'View Only' to have to use MFA. This needs to be applied only to the license holders who edit documents.

From user: Is there any way to automate exporting daily account usage stats? We are trying to create a dashboard in our customer success system that tracks which users have done what activities in the platform, but don’t want to manually pull the data down as a CSV and then upload it every day.

User wanted to hook up various clients' Identify Provider systems to user’s account so clients could use SSO to allow/revoke access to clients' dashboards. I think also the ability for clients to login and based on their email domain have access to certain dashboards might suffice for them. They made this diagram to explain what they wanted to do.

A customer asked if we can create an interactive Displayr Dashboard they can have access to in their account, that allows them to view some key statistics of the dashboards they have published and shared with their customers. When accessing the dashboard, they would like to see some key user statistics for each of their dashboards, some key statistics they mentioned were: The ability to see how many people accessed the dashboard within x time frame (i.e. the last 24 hours) The ability to see how many people engaged with certain pages in the dashboard NBBB! - How long (maybe in minutes) users on average spend on each page (this will give them an idea of how engaged users are with different pages in the dashboard) Not sure if this is possbile, but allow them to see which filters were mostly used and interacted with when on that page. What are the most visited dashboards What are the most engaging dashboards (i.e. where people spend the most amount of time) Were pages exported? These are all just topline ideas, but will be a great benefit and valued add for our customers who have purchased view time.
